We bake from our little cake studio located at 29 Burnley Road, Padiham, BB12 8BY.

Our studio works differently to your average bakery/shop. We are a collection only studio however we are more than happy for you to pop in to order with us directly. Call in within our collection times and we will be available or give us a call/email and we can arrange a time.

If you are unable to collect at your chosen time please give us an email providing your order number and we can reschedule.

Our most popular flavours are available on our website when ordering. However any flavour is possible, If you're wanting something different you can request this on our custom order form.

We recommend booking your cake at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. Occasionally we have "spare cakes" or "Bento cakes" available at a late request.

You can order cakes and cupcakes via the "Cakes" or "Cupcakes" tabs, here you can easily customise our cakes making a bespoke cake just for you. Alternatively you can request a Custom Order via our "Custom Orders" tab and we will respond within 72hrs.

Sugar Coates cake studio is not a Nut-Free Or Gluten-free Kitchen. Please be aware of this before serving your cake to your guests and when ordering. We take every precaution to avoid cross contamination, however as we are a small kitchen we can not 100% guarantee our cakes will be free from allergens.

Yes, we offer delivery at an extra cost. We recommend delivery and set-up for weddings as well as larger cakes.

We do not deliver celebration cakes, this is collection only.

You will select your chosen collection date and time when ordering. You will collect from our Cake Studio, please arrive on time for your collection.

We recommend transporting your cake in the footwell of the passenger floor or in the boot of your car. Make sure you have air-conditioning on in your car and brake and take corners slowly.

Please note: *Any Damage occurring once the cake leaves our premises is not our responsibility So please be very careful*

If you need to make amendments to your order please contact us with your order number and we will try to accommodate. We are unable to make changes 7 days prior to collection. We cannot always accommodate date changes due to our capacity.

For custom orders you can book up to 60 days (3 months) in advance. For wedding cakes you can book up to 1 year.
